With my 3rd pick, I'm happy to select Gonzaga!

It's been a while since the Portland State loss, which is the only real blemish. They are once again running through the WCC like they own it (which they do). I think Mark Few is one of the best game coaches in the country.

Somebody jumped on the Villanova bandwagon already Girly. You'll have to pick again!

With my third pick I will select:
The A-10 Champion Xavier Musketeers

With one of the highest RPI rankings in the country, Xavier has shown tremendous toughness against many skilled opponents. They have come down the stretch nicely led by F Derrick Brown and appear ready for tournament time.

I just witnessed one of the greatest college basketball games I have ever seen. Missouri Valley Conference tournament, 2nd round. 2nd seed Creighton against 7th seed Wichita State. Creighton dominates in the first half and the first 10 minutes of the second. They lead 47-25 early in the second half. With 3 minutes left they still have a 13 point lead. WSU fights and fights and ends up down 2 with 9 seconds left and the ball under their own basket. True freshamn Toure Murry drains a 3 on the inbounds play (he's already won 2 games at the buzzer with 3's this year) and WSU takes a 1 point lead. Creighton drives down the floor, loses the ball and it bounces out off of a Shocker's leg. 1.9 seconds left. Creighton throws it in, MVC player of the year throws up a shot with .3 seconds left and it goes in. UNBELIEVABLE. So, I will continue with my pick and choose the Creighton Bluejays in the 4th round even though they just ripped my heart out and showed a big chink in their armor tonight. Led by a trio of superb guards, Creighton has won 12/13 games since losing to Wichita State on the road. Josh Dotzler, P Allen Stinett and MVC player of the year Booker Woodfox (89% FT, 50% 3-PT) lead the way for this perrenial mid major power. But the real key for the Blue Jays is their coach, Dana Altman, who is truly one of the great tactical coaches in the nation.

With my 4th round selection in the CP March Madness Draft, drew24 selects, The Tennesse Volunteers.
No really great wins for this team... but I think Bruce Pearl is the coolest.
Tyler Smith is a great offensive threat but he'll need help if Tennessee wants to do anything.
And.... Do you know a website with good college basketball highlights... so I might see the Creighton Wichita St. finish?

A bit of controversy now as it is evident the timer had a slow trigger finger on the game clock on the final play.
