It's been a rough week at work with two co-workers having family emergencies. I always thought I would be older before I had to craft my first inter office/division condolence notice for the office.

If there was some sort of silver lining, one of the people that passed was a hard core Flames fan and one of the last things he did was to celebrate Calgary's win this past weekend.

I wonder if there would there be any harmful effects if I started doing two hours of cardio a day on a regular basis.

Crazy lady staffing the Safeway checkout.. getting some groceries and Jambalaya soup (mmm) and she scans the diet A&W root beer and says "that's nothing but sugar". "Um, no, there's no sugar, it's diet." "It's still got sugar in it" "There's zero calories, there's no sugar, it's all crazy chemicals." "Don't believe that, there's sugar".

Alrighty then.

I will, in shame, admit that I like Rascal Flatt's version of that more than the Casada dance version.... I like Cascada though... damn she's hot!

The Intel Core 2 Duo and MS Vista stickers on my laptop have mysteriously turned 40 degrees and I'm not sure how that happened.

Maybe your laptop is not sitting square on your desk. Try straightening it out and let us know if the stickers moved with the machine!!

On a completely different note, do you want this box of odd-shaped Shreddies, they just don't taste the same.
