With our second pick, for the Male Super Hero, Team "Breaking the 4th Wall" is proud to select... well he needs no real introduction, but I'd run... fast.HULK SMASH!!!!!!
Yes the Incredible Hulk! This guy is unstoppable, and it's not an exaggeration. The more you hurt him, the more you piss him off the stronger he'll get. Just ask Wolverine!

One of the oldest Super Heroes in the Marvel Universe, with two recent movies to his credit, two cartoons and an old TV show. More recently in the comic universe he came back from Planet Hulk where he was left by the Illuminati, and started the 2006 Marvel Summer Event World War Hulk. This guy isn't as dumb as a bag of hammers anymore either. The Hulk's strength combined with Bruce Banner's intelligence makes him one of the more fearsome opponents for Marvel villains (or heroes depending his mood).

Well, was gonna wait for an answer, but I'll just do it anyways. Team Fighty Time! Fighty Time! moves Deadpool from male villain to male hero, and now picks in the Male villain category:

Lobo. The last Czarnian (mostly because he killed everyone else). His story has been retconned a few times, but I was always partial to him being the last of his race because "I fragged the rest of the planet for my high school science project. Gave myself an A"

He rules. Can go toe to toe with anyone in any Universe, generally is a jerk, if he makes a promise he will do it exactly as he says, no more no less. Another anti-hero, but makes more sense in the Villain category. I'm somewhat ashamed to say that I do use the word "Bastich" periodically as a curse, and people give funny looks.

He loves booze and fighting, so that's a plus. Hates do gooders, that's a plus. Overall just a total bad arse in every sense of the word.

About his powers: If Lobo sustains injury, his accelerated healing factor enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with superhuman speed and efficiency, and little apparent pain. Lobo also is functionally immortal. He is immune to the effects of aging and disease and he has been banned from entering either Heaven or Hell.

He also has an odd affinity for dolphins, and has a pet bulldog named, well, Dawg.

Since there are not many Female Heroes that come to mind I will go with Ororo Monroe (aka STORM).

Ororo Monroe is the descendant of an ancient line of African priestesses, all of whom have white hair, blue eyes, and the potential to wield magic.
First Appearance
Giant-Size X-Men #1 (1975)

Storm is one of the most frequently used X-Men, having appeared in most of the comic books, all of animated television series, nearly all of the video games, and the live action 20th Century Fox X-Men film series .

With the 25th pick in the CP Superhero Draft, StrayBullet selects, White Queen (Female Villain).

Seeing that Emma Frost has become the front of X-Men San Francisco, she could be placed in the Female Hero category... But, she was also the lead (Along with Black Bishop) of the Hellfire Club which brought many headaches to Professor X.

Valid details to follow...

I was really going between her and Catwoman for my pick, it was hard but I went the other way mainly because of the history . Solid pick.

I can think of a lot of female heroes that are being totally over-looked right now and it's actually shocking me that some of them are being passed over for who they are.
Female Villains will be the really hard one in my opinion.

I'm willing to bet no one comes close to picking my female villain. I don't think anyone will have any problems with this draft, just so many options to pick from if you think outside of some of the standard stuff.

Even outside the box. There are a lot of female villains, but how many were really menacing. I can think of quite a few, but none of them are really great. There are a few memorable ones and I think it may be in my best interest to snag the big one up with my next pick since the last time I thought I had time to wait someone hosed me =|

With their 3rd round pick Team Savage Dragons is proud to select:
ELEKTRA

 Category: Female supervillain
Why: Because she's sexy and deadly. One of Frank Miller's legacies.

Justification: It could be argued that Elektra is not a supervillain but she was introduced by Miller as such. She has fought both alongside and against Daredevil but her primary job was as Kinpin's top assassin before she was killed by Bullseye.
