The picture is legit. The tattoos on the shoulder (right side of the photo) match what Rihanna has. If you do a Google search for "Rihanna tatoos" you'll see the tattoos I am talking about.

A few sights were saying that the photo was a fake, but it's the real deal. I suspect that the injuries look much worse now, since they've had time to swell and stuff.

Chris Brown should be shot. Does anyone know if Calgary radio stations have stopped playing his stuff? I listen to Fuel, so I have no idea.

Why would they stop playing his music?

Weird. Energy made a big deal about their station no longer playing his music anymore

I don't think radio stations should stop playing his music in light of allegations like this. It opens a big can of worms. What is the moral or criminal threshold for transgressions that should result in such censorship?

Alleged partner abuse? How about impaired driving (bye bye Nickleback)? Diddling minors (no more Gary Glitter, ever... I'm looking at you Vibe and Katy Perry... Michael Jackson maybe even)? Drug use (buh bye Lil' Wayne and Cypress Hill)? Gang ties (see ya Snoop and pretty much every hip hopper out there)?

It's an image thing. While I agree with fredr, while the alligations are going on, or when the heat is really on, radio stations do not want to be associated with the artist.

I'm trying to remember now if it was Energy, or my wife having Vibe on in the car. Regardless... I did hear "Forever" the sometime in the last week.

Maybe I need to be even more of a jerk.

Can you imagine if somebody smacked around your daughter or sister and then people put pictures of it up on the internet? I've always wondered what it would be like to have your privacy pretty much obliterated. Gotta feel pretty terrible for this girl.

Not picking on you specifically, but alot of people have said "how could you beat up a hot chick like Rihanna?"......................so it would be OK if Chris Brown beat up an ugly girl?
BTW I don't find her very attractive.

What? i totally didn't think that. i guess i should have used girl instead of chick. ugly, hot, nasty, dirty. Do not beat up chicks!

That plus i don't think rheana is a hot chick.

Oh i re-read my original post. when i meant a chick like that. i meant the brutality of the attack. Not because she was hot.

After reports surfaced of the serious charges against the singer after Rihanna was allegedly assaulted at an after-party on Sunday, public outcry has trickled into Calgary and Energy 101.5 hasn’t played Brown’s music since Monday morning, program director Rob Mise confirmed.

“Right now there is a lot of speculation and we would like to get some clarification, but right now the right thing to do is not to play his music,” Mise said.

Mise said the radio station caters to women and will not play Brown’s music until the facts are straightened out

Haha, it's not censorship. It's a private entity choosing not to financially support an artist whose actions are morally reprehensible.

Do you think people who choose to buy this thug's albums are guilty of censorship?

I just don't understand why this crime is treated so much worse than a weapon or drug offenses.
