*sigh* Yeah, as an Information & Communication Studies major, nary a course goes by without mention of him. I remember actually trying to read Understanding Media in my first year...that was a challenge. He was an intelligent man and contributed a lot to media analysis and communication theory in general, but man did he have some really out-there theories.
Hahaha....I wrote a final in Contemporary History on Jihad, and the best part? Pure bull. The only research I did was googling it and I took some info from incredibly unreliably biased extremist sources just for kicks. And Wikipedia.
Didn't you have to cite any of it? Wow, that's taking quite a risk.

I have just over 400 words left on an eco-critical analysis of a Dylan Thomas poem. I have nothing more left to say, though! I have tried beating my head against my desk. Words do indeed come out then, but they are not words I can use in my paper!

2.5 page Political Science commentary, and a 7.5 page midterm in Digital Democracy that I have to do before my flight leaves at 11:30am on Thursday. It's comforting to know that going to see the Flames play two games is going to be totally worth it...but man I hate the work I'm having to put in before I go!
10 page paper due on Monday for the Block week course I took after Christmas. 17th century french lit... and I need to re-read the book I'm gonna write on. Sunday night will be fun!
I am lucky this semester. Only 2 - 1000 word essays in my history of computation class.
If I wasn't to lazy to go do research at the actual library it would have been really easy, but I had to find 'real' sources online. Google books and US patent office to the rescue!

Just tryin to finish up this paper on black slave narratives and their role in the abolition movement, its due tomorrow morning. I had a paper due tonight in my night class, another one due tomorrow morning(thats the one I'm doing now), and a 3rd one due tomorrow night in my Wed night class. That's three essays due in a 24 hour span. Two are done, this is the last one. It's been an awesome week...
lol yea i got 2 major papers that are due Friday so I'll probably do one of them after the Flames game tonight and the other on Thursday. I do all my papers the night before, I just can't get myself to do it like a week before its due. I like the rush of having to get it done before a certain time. I should've done 1 tonight but i got caught up playing NHL 09 lol
