Joe Defranco runs a gym in New Jersey.....training NFL, NBA, MLB and even a few NHL players.....along with your normal 9-5 guy that works in an office, plus a few kids.
He is world renowned, and for good reason.
He also made a movie about a few of the people he trains. Called 'Strong - The Movie'.....pretty good flick about his techniques and training styles.
I would probably give up almost anything to go train with him for a year.

I've been craving Poached eggs on toast for the past 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, it appears that when I moved, I lost my toaster, so I'm out of luck
I moved a year and three months ago ... perhaps it's time to buy a toaster.

Not so good for me...
They cause anaphylactic shock for me...
Kind of colours my opinion of them. They are little death-capsules.

I think us egg eaters should post microwavable egg recipes.
I have mine with spinach in the morning. Dump a bunch of egg whites in a bowl, add in organic spinach, and nuke. Add pepper, a little hot sauce, and enjoy! Breakfast in 2 minutes or less.

What are the details on Eggs with no Yolks. I assume that limits the carbohydrates?
I have 8 Egg Whites and 1 Egg with some veg every morning except Sunday.
