What did Tammy and Victor do to annoy you? Other than the lame attempt to confuse the other teams by saying they weren't sure if they were getting on the right train, I don't recall them doing anything bad. I actually thought they were pretty good (and was pleased that they were my choice in the pool).
I found the rednecks/hillbillies and the flight attendants to be annoying, but the way they ran the first leg, I don't expect to have to watch either of them much longer.
I was surprised that Mike & Mel did so well, but I don't really expect that to last. Every time I see Mike I'm reminded of the movie "Chuck & Buck" that he wrote and starred in. That was a seriously f'd up movie.
Personally, I liked the top 4 teams (although the "deaf people can do anything" shtick could get old quickly); didn't care for the bottom 3; and formed no opinion of the other 4 teams yet.

Let's just say, you should probably set your PVR sooner rather than later if you want to watch them on the Race. They were 3rd last, ahead of only the flight attendants and Preston & Jennifer, who were eliminated.
I'll be surprised if they survive next week's leg. They can't really keep up physically with the other teams, and don't appear to have the social skills or travel smarts that you need to have to be able to overcome physical weaknesses. They did have one moment of quick-thinking that allowed them to pull ahead of the pack for a bit during the final task, but they lost that ground again when they couldn't find the pit stop.

Pretty much because of when they were at the train station they were already saying lets screw over the other teams, but Victor was smart and figured it is best not to yet. What a lame reason to get on the train though, "Someone told us this train may be the one we need so we are going to risk it." What you are first and you cannot take 2 minutes to verify the correct train in case you may be going hours in the wrong direction? You are either idiots or trying to lie to people.
They are a good team but they have an arrogant air around them, or it just may be what I picked up in the editing they did.

"Your target is your partner's face."
Victor + Tammy = Victory. It looks like they'll have a significant lead to start next week's leg.
Steve & Linda just couldn't keep up, but the flight attendants almost kept them in it through their ineptitude.

LOL @ the Hillbilly's. Holy crap she was about as dumb as a brick. Seriously what in the hell did they expect and how did they assume they were going to keep up? Did they think they were watching cartoons if they had ever watched a series in the past?
The blondes are perfect blondes....say no more.
My picks, the short guys, almost blew it by not pre-booking their flight. They will climb back into it though, they seem smart.

I've very happy that I won't have to listen to the Hillbilly's cry anymore. Why is it that guys who routinely say mean things to their wives always cry when they bring it up later? I had to leave the room as they crossed the finish line just because I was tired to listening to them blubber.
I love that the blonds actually looked under a log.
I had no idea the gay kid was in School of Rock. A friend kept texting me throughout the night that she was sure of it and I basically made fun of her for 45 minutes. I googled it when the show was done and had to send an apology email .

Didn't the gay kid WRITE school of rock? I thought he said that in the first show.
I liked the Hillbilly Team. I like it when people who would never have the opportunity or ambition to travel get caught up in these shows. It makes for nice variety from the standard yuppy / hot couple tandems that end up being the final 6 weeks.
I'm cheering for Maggie and Luke, with the stuntmen next.

Didn't a couple of ladies once start digging in the sand for a shipping container? That was the first thing I thought of when I saw these two in action.

He also wrote it.
Anywhoo, anyone know what the significance of the false 'markers' on the trees? And again I'm out early. Why'd they have to miss their connection

It's good strategy to use the U-Turn on a strong team. As said, making it blind will make teams more likely to use it, which is a good thing for the show. It does suck for Amanda and Kris to get bounced that way.
I liked it when they were speculating about who U-Turned them, and said that Margie and Luke will be so upset. Holy bad read on your competition.
I don't know how much of it was editing, but I was amused by the cheerleader seemingly randomly throwing the letters into the tower and getting it right by accident.
Victor's "who doesn't know Chekhov?" line was funny combined with the other teams struggling to figure it out.
On a personal note, Team Victory seems to be back on track after their near disaster last week (they were almost 2 hours behind the other teams to start this leg).
Edmonton has never looked nicer than it did during this episode. The locals appeared more sober than usual too.
