I predict that this thread is full of win.

Especially since Locke left. His skinny soccer playing ass probably can't stand the idea of eating eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I also predict that in 10 years, my diet of milk, cheese, meat and eggs and green vegetables will be more successful than any 'fad' diet ever published in a book the past 30 years.

I just need to figure out how to give my diet a cool name, and deceive people into thinking it REALLY is something new.

Because 2% milk is like fat-free peanut butter. Really no point in buying it, because you're just getting ripped off.
My waist line can't afford whole milk

I'm on a never ending battle with the buldge. Even though i go to the gym most everyday it's still a fight to keep the pounds off. I eat the right foods and all still..........

Mark Rippetoe would beat you over the head with a leg press machine for saying that.

That way he does two very important things. Beat some sense into you for loving eggs more than milk, and ruin a brand new leg press machine.

Actually, drinking milk directly from the utter confirms beyond any shadow of a doubt that you WILL get the right amount of fat in your diet.

Nevermind the protein.

Read 'Good Calories, Bad Calories' by Gary Taubes.

Interesting book. Could be ground-breaking if people would actually bother to pay attention to what he is saying.

While they're not, the obesity rates will keep climbing higher and higher.

If I could steal HIS ideas and market them......

Whole milk.

Well, technically a cow....considering whole milk is just a byproduct.

Indeed there is scientific evidence behind that.

I'll look it up later though. Or tomorrow. So Jiri won't lock my thread.
