I love Sam Raimi. The Evil Dead trilogy are among my favorite movies, Darkman, and Spiderman. But in his defense, the studio apparently ran a lot of interference in the making of Spiderman 3 and forced him to throw in a lot of stuff he didn't want to do. Still, completely awful film.

NO!!
The Evil Dead trilogy was great because they were crappy B-Grade movies that were good for a laugh.
Go back and watch Evil Dead and try and take it seriously. You cant. Why? Because it sucked. That was supposed to be a serious horror flick.
Sam Raimi sucks at everything he does and even if he is given something unsuckable, he finds a way to suckify it, eg. Spiderman.
Sam Raimi is the succubus of the film industry and should be killed with fire at the soonest available opportunity.

Vinnie Jones is English, I believe, not Australian, but no matter. I agree, terrible choice to play Juggernaut, but then again they absolutely destroyed Juggernaut's character in X-Men 3. That was another unforgivably bad film.

Well done, guys.
I absolute hate both of these "actors."

Geez, am i the only one that really liked Superman Returns?? I thought it was a lot of fun.
Worst casting.....ummmm, Nick Stahl as John Connor is Terminator 3 comes to mind. Beyonce in that third Austin Powers movie as well. I have a bias because I hate everything about her, but christ, she made that movie un watchable for me. Also, Vin Diesel in anything is just bad casting.

Yes, they are B-Grade laughers and that's why I love them - Bruce Campbell will always be my favorite actor. The first Evil Dead was indeed intended as a serious horror flick, but the unintended camp worked in its favor, which is why Evil Dead II was essentially a remake with an overt comical flair (followed the equally hilarious Army of Darkness). I loved Darkman and its cheesiness, and the first Spiderman did a good job of capturing the original feel of the comics. But there is no excuse for the crapiness of Spiderman 3...

What's worst is that she was in talks to be the next Wonder Woman. Talk about destroying super hero images.

Her getting replaced says it all. Her replacement did a horrendous job as well. At least Katie was better looking.

From what I understand, Tom Cruise actually refused to let her be in the sequal, which is why Maggie Gyllenhal got it. I could be wrong....

Who was the villain in Quantum of solace, and his dumb-looking lackey? They looked straight out of SNL. Not what you want for your super-spy-villain

^^^ No kidding. George Lucas should've left well enough alone. Same with Indiana Jones 4...

Pretty much every comic book/event type movie (includes Transformers/Terminator films/etc.) where a beautiful girl should have been cast and they ended up casting a homely/plain/ugly girl.
Sue me. I'm vain, but in those kinds of films, image is everything. These girls are perfectly fine in other films.
Case in point, Lois Lane is supposed to be insanely beautiful, Lex and Superman are in love with her. They end up with eating-disorder walking skeleton in a powersuit Kate Bosworth with a giant forehead...In Spider-Man - Mary Jane is supposed to one day be an international super-model. Instead...they have Strawberry Shortcake on Stick Baking in the Sun Kirsten Dunst. There's also Rogue from X-Men. We all grew up with Rogue as some ridiculous beautiful bewitching vixen that you can't even touch. Amazingly beautiful and gorgeous and voluptuous. We end up with a trailer-trash tomboy masculine looking girl who looks like she's on meth with a nasty bleach streak in her hair that she did in her own bathroom or something. Don't get me started on Maggie Gyllenhal. Ruined the Dark Knight for me. I can't watch that movie again. Killed my enthusiasm for the entire franchise. I don't care about Katie Holmes' acting abililty or how she's been brainwashed by scientology. She should not have been recast. Most movies that are recast never work, it spoils it for me...and Katie was pretty. Maggie's brother is prettier than she is.
To me, it's like a piece of art where everything on the canvas fits together and looks great...except for one really ugly thing painted right in the middle ruining the entire painting.

i feel complete and utter hatred towards jim carey. i think he is the WORST actor ever. eternal sunshine of a spotless mind and truman show....supposed to be serious and show the actual actor in him....YA RIGHT. brutal, boring, made me want to smash things. i want him dead. when i see a movie trailer with him in it, i instantly think of ways to kill him.
also...worst movie EVER EVER EVER was freddie vs jason. that was nearly 2 hours of my life i'll never get back and don't think i'll ever forgive the person who made me go under false pretenses.
