Default Good place to get skates sharpened in SW?

Just wondering if anyone knew a good place. I got brand new skates and didn't really feel that comfortable getting them sharpened at Sportschek.
Any suggestions?

I know professional skate gets a lot of great reviews...I think a few guys on the puckers use them (jayems for sure has used the marda loop one)...

Also depending on where you are in the SW I'd recommend B&P or Done Right Sports on 52 st se if its closer.

Yu gotta try Adreniline Source for sports. It's on MaCleod between Heritage and Southland (across from Kinghead/A&W). THere's about 4 guys that sharpen skates there, and they all know exactly what their doing, yo uget a perfect sharpen every time.

at Centennial Arena's there is a guy that does an excellent job. The only problem is getting there while he is open.

Agree with what's been said.

Old guy at Centennial is a pro.

Pro Skate (Marda Loop and Midnapore) are both great.

Tuxedo Source for Sports and B&P in the North are good.

Those are the only shops that touch my skates. Not all are as picky as I am, but my skates make me a bunch of cash so they need to be done right.

Centennial Guy is awesome. Last year had his hours posted outside the pro shop, but I didn't see them when I got my skates sharpened today. In any case, here's what they were:

M-F: 4-9
Sat: 8-8
Sun: 8-6

He is also the equipment manager for the Mount Royal Cougars, so his Friday/Saturday/Sunday hours vary with the Cougars game times.

He's the guy that I trust with my skates.

Yep. I'll keep going back to proskate in Marda loop from now on. They did a great job. Only thing is they're $7 compared to the $3-4 or whatever you get at sportmart. But, its well worth the extra few bucks to get it done right.

His name is Bain. Yeah, the irregular hours are irritating, but he does a great job.

I went to Adrenaline and they did a good job, I'll give PSS a go around next time as they are literally feet from where I live (Marda Loop). Thanks for the suggestions!
