Default Bolsa Reopened
I remember a bunch of people saying on here that they'd like to know whenever they re-open. Now you know.
According to the news piece I just saw, they reno'd the whole place and they're up and running. I've never eaten there before, but I think I'll check it out. I like the Viet place in Marda Loop because it's close to me... But I'll give Bolsa a try. I'd be pretty choked if my business got all screwed up because some f'n gangsters went and shot someone.
In this case, I have no sympathy for the people who died (except for the innocent bystander). The gangsters chose their lifestyle and died because of it. The victims here are the restaurant owners. Help them out, Calgary.

Ive tried to go there a few times in the last month. Got to the point where I figured the owners just packed it in.

I used to go there regularly as I had a friend that worked at the Rona.

Now you gotta wonder how much heat they're packing in the back room in case those guys ever come back...

Intersting, thanks for the update 4x4. We work in the Southport building just on the other side of Mcleod and Southland, and that was the best Vietnamese within walking distance.

I want to go back there, not sure if my colleagues will feel up to it.

Went there with some guys from work today at lunch. It was frickin packed in there, so that was good to see everyone supporting the owners.

The lady was so nice and accommodating too, and she just wanted to make sure that everyone was happy before they left. Food was just as awesome as ever too, highly recommended.

No stray bullets flew by either, so that was a bonus.
