Sounds like he had several opportunities to get tested and refused. Shame that he let it get this bad. I guess it's a good thing he didn't pass it on, but to be having unprotected sex when you've been dodging HIV tests is pretty bad.

Any word on whether he was juicing too? Because that seems to matter more these days then whether an MLB player is a criminal or a dick...

She didn't have to have sex with him let alone unprotected sex with him if she didn't want to or if she suspected something was up. Yet she did. For his own good he should have had the AIDS test (if this is at all true) earlier but he doesn't have to if he doesn't want to be.
In that link I see of story of two complete idiots and nothing more.

Ironic, yes but either way you cannot catch aids from spit unless there are open cuts etc from my understanding.
Has it ever been confirmed that Alomar has HIV/AIDS? I've never heard this until today.
