That awsome. I'm trying to build credit really fast since I just got a SSN and I'd really like to pick up a condo down here while the markets low, but the problem is I just don't spend money. Right now, I have 3 credit cards and I try to spend $75 on it each as I hear $75+ helps you build credit really fast, but I really don't have anything to buy... groceries, gas... thats it. I really wish I could pay my rent or insurance or various gym/league memberships by CC but they only take cheque.

Fonz I need ton start drinking I really think I'm going insane. If the women in Maxim are skanky, then I'm definitely a skank wanna-be. Those skanks will get further in life than I ever will. Last weekend I saw a Playboy bunny on her Segway in South Beach. No one was worried that she was a skank. They all want to date her. I f she plays it right she'll get whatever/whoever she wants!! Is that at least a little entertaiing???

So I didn't slap that girls ass today... she was sort of pissed that I was roaming the field (soccer) a bit today since we were short handed... but, I did meet a girl when I went climbing later on that night and got to chat with her a bit and I think she might be interested (she lives in NY and in California, due to her work goes back and forth, so she said I should come to NY sometime, not sure if that was an invitation that she'd show me around)... smokin hot, intimidating that she went to MIT too. Easy. Start wearing skirts, stop wearing underwear. You'll get whatever you want after that!

It was awesome. There were three of us and we only had one golf cart, so the marshall came out with his to drive my one buddy back to the clubhouse. I was suprised he let me and the other buddy drive the other cart (I had smashed the cart into a tree earlier). Please do not be intimidated by these girls! I remember about the med student. I could PM you about that, but it would be a huge one. I'd rather send you a copy of the short story I;m working on that's about something like that. You're a smart guy. You'd understand it it. To make it short...some women feel almost guilty about being smart. Please don't let that stop you.

that's hilarious. The golf course here is kinda boring. A lot of non-golf types hang out in the parking lot and I'm surprised they don't get kicked out. It's a municipal golf course, but it's quite upscale. They have a great breakfast

Yeah, this was out in Sundre which is about 2 hours outside of Calgary. The beer girl gave us a bottle of tequilla before she got offended when I asked her if she'd hogtie me.

Well right now, I'm a masters student in engineering right now, analog / mixed-signal IC design. (IC = integrated circuit). In English, pretty much a circuit design engineer (Texas Instrument, Intel, Analog Devices, HP are a few types of companies I might work in IC design that you might recognize.)

My last 2 jobs, I was a RF Engineer for one and a civilian contractor as a design engineer for a air force base for the other.

No reason for you to be intimidated by these smart chicks then. I could understand it if you were a janitor or working at a gas station, but not someone with your education. If I was you I'd probably walk around like I was the king, and then people would call me a ###### behind my back

lol well it seems everyone here has some sort of graduate degree or come from a big name school or they're working in some prestigious company here. This guy went to UC Berkeley, this girl when to Stanford, this guy went to MIT, that girl went to MIT, this guy works for Google, that girl works for eBay, this guy works for Nvidia, that girl works for Facebook, this guy works for IBM, this girl works for Pfizer (the NY girl, obviously) this guy makes $180k a year, etc etc. Coming from Calgary/Edmonton, there's a ridiculously large number of successful people here.

They're catering to women, and they know what woman are going to buy. IE They didn't say "let's pick anything, but market it well and girls will buy it, and oh, how abot these 5 guys, we'll call them the backstreet boys and they'll sing simple dancable songs that girls can sing along to and... hey look, it worked!"

You're right... unfortunately for some of us. These guys put incredible amounts of time and money into researching this stuff. Every once in a while they miss out on something, like the grunge "movement" for example. But once the mainstream picks up on it, then it is demographic-ized and marketed like anything else. I'll never forget the "grunge" fashion isssue of Vogue magazine a long time ago. We were already doing that for years. Hey I still wear my Docs every day... they're great boots.

I'm hammered like really drunk, the last time I tried to post like this I got a blue square, but I recovered and worked my way into the red. I miss that way of doing things I would never read anyone with a blue squares posts but now I do and it sucks!
