Default How do returns to futureshop website work?

ordered a tv online. It broke. Got a new one. They never picked up the old one.

Are they going to pick it up? or am i responsible for returning it?

Definitely don't want to get charged for two

I have returned large items to other online retailers. They will usually give you a phone number for the courier company, who will come and pick up the item at the retailer's expense. They may even send labels or other paperwork for the return, to attach to the box. Check the emails they sent you. For sure, it must be returned in its original packaging with all cables, manuals, etc..

I would call and complain that they haven't delivered the new one yet, but they came to get the broken one. See what happens and report back to us.

I wonder if I could repeat that scam until my apartment is full of TVs.

I think what I might do is return the new one and keep the old one. It has a few software bugs, but stuff I would live with in a free tv.
