Heads up - Air Canada has ridiculous prices for March flights
Just book Calgary - Toronto for $115 each way. Looks like lots of North American locations are around half the 'normal' price. Beat Westjet by around 100 bucks.

Looks like return to Winnipeg is going to save me about $3 over Westjet.

Thanks for the heads up, but until Air Canada starts paying me I don't think I'd fly with them.

The $100 savings isn't worth putting up with their employees version of customer service.
I wouldn't fly with them for free!

Bingo! Worst service ever by an airline.

I just booked a March trip for London Ont for a bottom line total cost of 353.13. I could have gotten cheaper if I went for the red-eye, but I've done that a few times and this time the difference wasn't enough to worry. And this was on Westjet.
Although I did notice Westjet allows you to reserve a seat early now, for an extra $10.

I personally can make no distinguishment between the level of service I receive on different carriers - nor do I care. As long as whoever it is can serve me my beer or whatever it is I happen to be drinking (which is usually beer - if it is early in the day I usually just sleep through the flight) and get the can of beer from the cart to my tray and take my money, I am happy. Heck, even if the 'take my money' part doesn't quite work out, I'm satisfied.
The cost of the flight determines who I fly with.
(note: AC does have a better on-flight movie selection (that doesn't require a CC) than WJ.)

I only fly with Air Canada, can't beat aeroplan, I rarely every have to pay for a flight with all my work travel and expenses that go on my aerogold VISA.
The service isn't great but I could care less what the service is going to be if I fly basically for free, its not like I live with them.

While the service on the ground tends to be pretty bad, Ive found the last few times Ive flown with AC, the on-flight crew was pretty nice. It also helps that most of their planes are fairly new, and have the little tv's.....
