Now we have Peppermint Rhino here somewhere. Wish I could bomb it....unless of course they opened another room with gorgeous naked heterosexual men.

Forgot to mention, these are from the Old Man River headwater area, in beautiful Kananaskies Country.

Banff area/Johnston Canyon/Lake Louise has to rank high on anyone's list. The most breathtaking moment scenery related for me, would have to be a sunset in Arizona. For a few minutes everything across the desert was pink, and I was standing near Wupatki ruins. On the trip, my laptop fried and those photos/videos were amongst the casualties.

Wow...those pictures are huge and are giving me major sidescroll issues. They are beautiful but could you possibly compress them?

You people are certainly a well travelled bunch.

I haven't been too many places, but will have to say for me, the Island of Kauai, especially Lumahai Beach. The north shore of Honolulu as well, Sunset Beach being another favourite. Also, the whole area of Banff, Johnston's Canyon, Lake Louise.

My favourite place that I feel peaceful and content, is Red Bay on the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario. Best sunsets ever!

I went to the Queen Charlotte Islands a couple of weeks ago -- it was gorgeous but I wasn't there for long and didn't have much time to see anything. Business trip...

Where did you live in Venezuela? There is a little beach a small boat ride from this little village called Mochima that is probably my favourite place on Earth. It's about an hr away from Puerto La Cruz.

Kanaima was spectacular as well. They'd said a lot of the first Jurassic Park was filmed in that area and it was stunning. Unfortunately Angel falls was nearly blocked from my view by the clouds but it was a place I'll never forget.

I haven't travelled much internationally but my favourite scenic place has got to be Queen Charlotte Islands. Beautiful scenery and some amazing kayaking. Comparable to Vancouver Island but more remote.

There was another really nice beach a ways past Diamond Head that was nice, but the waves were crazy there, I didn't feel comfortable going in there too much.
Watching the surfers was amazing though.
I can't remember the name of it however.

Hanauma Bay was the best IMO

Personal favourite is the Mirage Islands in Great Slave Lake, about a half hour boat trip south from Yellowknife. Went camping there with a bunch of friends last June, with the midnight sun it was just amazing and I can't wait to get back there. I definitely haven't travelled as much as some people here though!

Hanauma was beautiful for the hour that we were allowed to be there.... they shut the beach down after an infestation of box jellyfish.

Second best snorkeling behind Molokini crater.

Was this one a federal/state park? I think I snorkeled there.

It wasn't Haunama Bay that I was referring to, although I had forgotten about that. That was so much fun.
This was a beach for surfing, not very large, mostly the locals used.

What I remember most about Haunama Bay was how freaking hot it was. You could not walk on the sand without burning your feet.
