Default The Nicest Place in the world....

I am sure there are tons of opions on this but where is the nicest place in the world and why?

I will have to go with Vancouver Island, the nature is so pristine. The climate makes for some beautiful greenery and the mountains and ocean view are spectacular.

I have to say the place that completely blew me away was the Grand Canyon. It more than lives up to the hype. Simply spectacular.

You aren't kidding. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. Better than advertised.

Rio de Janiero. Even with the Favela's hanging off the hillsides the Natural setting of the City is spectacular.

Honestly, no matter how big or deep you thinks it is, it's size will always leave you breathless.

Kinda like Fotze's mom's vagine.

Not really, they just sort of do their own thing but have things open to the public, like the clock-tower and the canal tours, other than that its a small, quiet town in Northern Belgium that people people come to see.

And at night....wow, lets just say that those Belgians like to party and dont like to quit, Brugges included.

I really enjoyed the Sooke Habour House in Sooke, BC. Just outside of Victoria.

Personally I'd have to go with Vancouver... a bustling city that seems to have it all... easily accessible mountains, ocean, great multicultural scene and good weather (relative to other Canadian cities).

I was there in August, absolutely amazing. The little festivals and parties are amazing.

There was a huge music festival in the town square as well as a weekend-long party in the park a 2 minute walk from my Hostel. I could have stayed there a lot longer.

I love my home country, but I don't think there is anywhere in Canada that would make my top 5 or even top 10, perhaps because i've seen those places so much the novelty has worn off.

just to name a few amazing places:
Dragon Tooth Mountains in S. China
Samrian Gorge, Crete, Greece
Dubai
Scottish Highlands
Victoria Falls, Zambia/Zimbabwe
Trang, Thailand
Redang, Malaysia
KL, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Singapore

Imagine the perfect beach. On top of that it only gets a few days of rain a year.

Unfortunately Chavez the nutjob is plannign to build a naval base there.

I was there for 5 nights and I still only saw a small part of it. Had a lot of day trips out of the city while I was there. Saw plenty of the dance bar next to the Bell Tower Square as well as the lounge at the NH hotel.
