Has anyone tried out ustream? I can't wait to try it when I get home. The prospect of live TV feeds on my iPod is tantalizing, even in that limited way.
Really though, I just want Slingbox to release a Slingplayer Mobile. Then, I will be really happy!

Also, I just downloaded iChess- free if you don't mind waiting for a short ad before the start of each game. It's decent for a free chess game.

I use Orb to do this. It streams any media I've thrown at it (vids, pics, music), can use your TV tuner card, even stream your webcam feed (or any video capture source). Works great!

Hey guys, quick dumb iphone question... the Ipod aspect of my Iphone seems to be stuck on 'repeat'... I can't play a playlist or album, as whatever song I pick just repeats. I'm sure there must be an option for repeat, but I can't seem to find it so far.
 Help!

Click the screen in ipod mode and it will show the repeat symbol in blue, just unclick it.

Brilliant! I must have accidentally turned it on at some point... weird how it's so hard (for someone stupid like me) to figure that out... I knew the repeat was on, but it sure ain't easy to find.

I don't have an iphone but I saw this article and thought there would definitely be some people here that could used this app. Maybe they will make one for Blackberries in the future. http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-101...CmoreStories.0 |

I mentioned this in a different thread, but I downloaded LogMeIn Ignition so i can remotely contact my computers at home and at work in addition to my parents computer. A little on the pricey side ($30), but the interface is clean and it works very quickly. I was using VNC lite for a time, and when it worked it did a good job. However, I changed routers and never fully figured out how to get it to work again and it never liked the security on my work computer. With LogMeIn I was up and running instantly (you only have to download logmein to the computers you need to control).
The control threw me for a loop at first, but I've come to greatly prefer it to to the alternative. The cursor remains fixed and you move the screen around it (as opposed to the other way around). you can then tap anywhere on the screen to send a click action. At first I wasn't sure if I'd like it but after a couple minutes it felt really nice.

There was one thing that I wished was made a little more clear (I had to dive into the manual on the website to figure it out). Your monitor settings will bog it down and it asks you to change the resolution on the computer you're trying to control. This is annoying if you have to log into the computer and then dive into the settings to change it. In actuality you change the screen resolution from the app itself, it changes it on the computer you're controlling, and then when you log off it returns the resolution to it's original state.

 Strongly recommended.

I didnt know where else to put this, but some of you apple aficionados might know:
I want a new iPod touch, but currently the largest available format is 32GB, I have more than that on my old iPod, any ideas as to when a larger format might be made available?

I can't do free, but I was recommended WunderRadio and it's worked awesome. $6 I believe and it streams The Fan like a dream. I think it's worth it. There were some free ones I've tried but they never had the fan. That was a while ago though, so I don't know if they've updated or not.
