What does blood in your urine mean?

The last two times I've gone to urinate, there has been blood in it. It doesn't hurt or anything, should I be concerned? What could the problem be? I am kind of scared.

I hate going to the doctor, I hope it just goes away. Could your urine have blood in it from being hit by a road hockey ball in the back?

Small amounts of blood are normal and may not mean anything. But usually not enough to be visible.
How long between urinations?
Are you male or female? woman are more likely to have a urinary tract infection (either way there would be some pain involved with this).
Are you on any medications? eaten anything unusual lately?
Not to alarm you but it would be best to contact your doctor. Or at the very least Health link (if available).

I can't, in good conscience, recommend you do anything but go to the hospital immediately.

This sucks! I might though, I wanted to wait until morning, but maybe It'll be worse by then.

Why don't you just call health link? I suspect they will know more than posters on a hockey forum.
