I guess you could say Todd McFarlane for me as well. I was at a comic book convention (ya, I love comics and I'm bigger than you, so shut it) in Toronto way way way back, just when he was starting out. I was wandering around and he had a spot at the artists tables and no one was even paying attention to him. I started talking to him, flipping through his portfolio, he looked at my sketchbook and really liked it, he grabbed an extra chair for me and we sat and talked and drew sketches together for a couple of hours. Pretty cool when I think about it now.
Also, I went to high school and played football with Jay MacNeil of Stampeder offensive line fame. Super nice guy.

My brothers used to play hockey with Al McInnis when we lived back east, I was about three but it counts.
Met the Niedermayer brothers when I lived in Cranbrook.

I worked at the Esso hanger at the airport and one time they had the WWE jet there. I got to meet the wrestlers as they boarded it to head to Edmonton. Vince McMahon, HHH, Edge, Ric Flair, Big Show, Kane, Taker (they is freaking huge, TV does not justify their size) and a few others.

I also saw the Wings jet there as well but missed the team. It was large and awesome, but the best part was the Little Cesars logo on the tail.

A buddy of mine worked as an extra in movies and he was picked to be a stand in for Cuba Gooding Jr. when he was shooting Rat Race. He took me along and I got to meet him.

My aunt and uncle live next to Darryl Suter so I have met him and most of the team at one time or another.

Theo Fleury, Bert "the Hitman" Hart, I have seen the pope (got like 100m from him) but couldn't talk to him. Probably have met more, but I just can't remember any.

I sat next to Newman in his pits at the TO Indy and he bummed a smoke from from me, he complained on how bad Canadian smokes were and summoned one of his guys to go get him a real cigarette. funny thing, he didn't offer me one of his when he got them |

Oh right, I forgot I also met Ashton Kutcher(when we were in LA a few years ago me and my buddy caught a live taping of That 70's Show). I shook his hand and briefly chatted with him. The guy's a total deusche(though in hindsight I was bein kind of a dick).
Considering I also had him on my "Five People I'd Like To Punch" list in that thread, I guess I missed an opportunity.

I met Sal and Richard at a Killers of Comedy show in Boston last year, just a quick minute to shake their hands and say hello. Also got a picture with the Iron Sheik that same night, he slapped his wrestling belt over my shoulder, shook my hand and said, "Thank you for coming to see Iron Sheik! God Bless!". Haha, that guy rules.

Scores was awsome. Real high quality woman from all over the world. It wasn't any more expensive than any of the nicer clubs in major cities.

			Would Satan count?
I met him once after a night of way to much drinking. He offered to kill my hangover in exchange for my soul.

 I thought about it.
