Default Nadal vs Federer: Aussie Open Final

Anyone staying up to watch, or will you catch the encore? Here on PEI, it's on at 4am!! I'll be up watching her, though. I'm gonna be tired.

Wooo, should be a good one.

I really can't decide who to cheer for between these two. They are both too good, and so humble in the way they play. They remind me of Kiprusoff, with tennis rackets. So calm.

Even in the early exchanges it's such a treat watching these two play.

Woke up again for this......will be nice to get back to normal patterns after this, geez.

One thing I don't like about tennis commentators is that they always pick a favorite in a match to gush about; usually it's the person who's supposed to win. Right now they're so far up Roger's bum that it's getting a bit annoying.

I'm not really cheering for anyone (maybe slight hope that Nadal will win).

It's funny to me how they feel the need to explain the challenge system in every match. As if we haven't got the idea...

I'm sure Nadal is a nice guy and all but there is no way in hell i can ever cheer for him until he gets rid of the Ryan Smyth hairdo.

Get a haircut dude.

Ugh i can see a 4-5 hour match tonite.

Since that first game, Federer has turned it on.

Hehe. Ok I admit i only watch tennis when Federer plays, which is still a lot of tennis. I'm doing renos at my house right now and my pVR has been outta commission for the past 3 weeks! I miss hd sooo much.

I have to be up at 8am tomorrow morning too.

I hope not! 5:30am here now. I'll be mighty tired if that came about...

Well looks like I'm not sleeping tonight! This is turning into another classic. I kind of want it to go 5 sets but I also kind of want it to end so I can go to sleep....

But it's so good, you don't really want it to end
