*Yawn* I think it's time they raise Bart, Homer, Maggie, Lise and Marge to the rafters.
I honestly haven't planned to watch a new Simpsons episode in 6 or 7 years, and I love the Simpsons. The quality of the show is gone.
King of the Hill>All though.

this could be good if they actually age everyone... them all being the same age for 15 years is a little lame. It would also allow for some more creativity.

King of the Hill is the funniest show on TV today, I love that show. It's so underrated, some people just can't stand it though. The episode when Bobby goes around kicking the nuts, and where Johnny Depp plays Yoga instructor are my favourites.
Too bad its done for after next year. They shortened this season, and will do it for next year. And I doubt it's popular enough for Mike Judge to make a King of the Hill movie.

What's with the nerdy "that's so yesterday" attitude some of you guys have. It's like you're always in need of some new pop culture fix to replace the existing one.

What?
This has nothing to do with wanting the latest thing, King of the Hill has been brought up several times now, which is a 10 year old program.
This attitude you speak of is the fact that the Simpsons haven't been funny for around 7 years now. So if you follow, if they did it around 7 years ago it would have been better, when the Simpsons were still funny.

How is it nerdy? Because we think The Simpsons fell off 7 years ago? I love the Simpsons and buy the DVD sets, but man has it ever sucked, for a long, long time.

Excited to see the movie, especially since I don't think the Simpsons have fallen off that much and that it is certainly way better than the first few years.
King of the Hill is okay but it usually is too boring for me to get through an entire episode.

What, where did you find out that info about King of the Hill being done after next year?
That news just ruined my day

It isn't offical yet, but the writing is on the wall. Mike Judge stated in an interview (I'll try to find it) that he would be shocked if it went past next season. The year (Season 9) was supposed to be a regular 20+ episode year, but was cut back to 15 I beleive. The left over shows were moved to season 10, and there aren't any plans to make season 10 longer then season 9.
I was shocked when it was announced there would be a 10th season, and I would be floored if it went to an 11th.

King of the Hill is alright but I dont make it my weekly routine to watch it like I do The Simpsons. Yes, just like a show like MadTV(which I dont watch as much as I used to) it's not as funny as it used to be but it still has it's moments where you get a really funny episode.

Come on now, the new Family Guy episodes are pretty much crap, and well if it keeps it up I can see it turning really bad, really soon.

I rather enjoy them. They are pretty much on par with the previous seasons.

You guys really like King of the Hill?
I've never liked that show. I gave it a chance...it and Futurama....but they never struck me as funny.
In fact, I'd even put KOTH down as a crappy show. Not just NOT FUNNY, but really lame.
I love South Park. I super-love Family Guy (and so far am happy with the new episodes).
Simpsons and Seinfeld are the originals and will never be topped, but Simpsons is getting a bit weak as of late.
Oh, and I don't need to hear from Maxwell. We all know he has no sense of humour and basically just posts here to p*ss us off! :P
