Anyhoo, to answer the original question, absolutely not.

This too was my assumption, and, yes have turned down the offer (well postponed it anyway) for this reason.

Is bootie plural for booty?
I might turn down one call, but not two!

Not turn it down, but postpone it. I've definitely said "Yeah sure, but how about we get together after the game when I get home from my buddies house?".
But honestly, during a playoff run like '04, if a girl was after some on a game night where the Flames won and it was between that and heading down to 17th to celebrate with my friends, I'd turn it down.

The whole post season. No.
For a Flames game. Yes.

What was the question?

I think it's funny...I didn't know "getting laid " rated as an achievement for a woman...especially when , according to a study of escort services in So Cal, NYC and So Fla 60% of the clients are pro athletes.

I thought that after the lockout, clutching and grabbing during the playoffs was discouraged!

I love the random text, call or msn message from an ex you never talk to asking to "hang out".
As for the question....
I would work through the progression:
Flames not playing= yes to booty
I already have tickets to the game=no to booty
Conference Finals or Stanley Cup Finals=no to booty
games 1, 2, 3 or any other non elimination/clinching game in rounds 1 & 2=yes to booty
Again, certain exceptions apply to women who are:
a 9 to 10
the payoff from 6+ months of trying to get said booty

Yeah I agree with a couple of the other posters, where the commercial is regarding you turning down a booty call while a team you play on is in the post season. It relates to many coaches and players holding on to the myth (whether true or false will have to be determined on myth busters) that you play better when you aren't getting any. In some way I'd agree, as well it could cause you to be tired during the game in one way or another, ie staying up late, or using some energy before the game.
I've never heard a superstitions such as not having sex while a team you cheer for is in the post season, that's just crazy. I'd have to be on a major, and I mean major drought to actually accept a booty call during an actual flames playoff game.
To answer the question, no I haven't turned down a booty call in the post season as I don't take my hockey teams games that serious.

Actual conversation between myself and my girlfriend
"So when the NHL starts back, am I going to lose you to hockey?"
My reply: "in fairness, hockey was here first"
That said I will talk on the phone, MSN etc during a game, or on Saturday nights stumble in and catch the end of the 3rd, however playoffs all bets are off. You don't miss your team in the playoffs!

I hand her a gift certificate to Just for Lovers and the car keys. By the time she gets back the game is over and I need the booty either way.
