I'm single, so perhaps not allowed to answer the question, but I definitely wouldn't want an audience for anything toilet related. A lot of bathroom stuff in general, I would prefer to just not have someone around.

Well, yeah... I guess. I mean, in a big bathroom, it wouldn't bother me if she was drying her hair or something while I was sitting on the can. But when it came time to wipe, I'd tell her to leave.
Toenails? Pfft. Q-tipping? No prob. Trimming my hair? Tsss. Yup, I'm pretty sure there's really only one thing that I wouldn't do in front of her.

Hahaha, A feew years back I was living with a girlfriend and she walked in, I had the tube sock ready to go and she comes in, I look at her, look at the sock and say to her... dont need this(the sock) anymore... come here 
and she did !!!... I swear ... she did.
