The best gift I got was watching my kids open their gifts! But I did love my Coach Wallet, Mama Mia DVD, Pandora charm and a beach themed stocking with Mexican money for my upcoming trip to Mexico. We also love the (not expired) gift basket full of chocolates from our neighbors. My fave gifts to give this year was a wii and rock band for my daughter and the I-pod touch for Buzzard.

Great gifts, I would like to see that game too, I was there that night!

Highlights were a gorgeous little leather-and-chrome flask and a bottle of whisky to be selected later, a nice christmas sweater, a really neat book called Cabinology, and a $50 Lee Valley gift certificate, which will likely become a tablesaw featherboard gripper. Actually, almost everything I received had a nice woodsy quality.

Congrats, madman, what a gift that was.
I got a sweater, various gift cards, passes for movies, a set of winter tires, some cash, and a stocking. My son got enough to fill the back of the car completely (Ford Focus wagon). Yeah, a lot.

I also got COD 5 WoW, Project Orange Box, and of course the usual pj's, slippers, socks and a scarf, though my folks did pick that up for me from Paris when they were there.
Oh and man, how could i forget, tickets tot he Sens game with better seats than my usual!

Got some more presents today.....
Santa dropped off some toy Canadian political action figures.
When wound up, the NDP figure makes a beeline towards your wallet steals its contents and then runs out the door.
The Liberal figure say's one thing and then does something else.
The Con keeps pulling out something which looks a secret agenda.
But my favourite is the Senator.
Wind him up and he does nothing.

Let me guess - are you expecting? Or is someone just dropping some really unsubtle hints? I figure it must be your first, if you are getting expectant mother books and clothes. Exciting times. Hope everything is going well.
Congrats to madman also.
My mum bought a Flames carseat cover for our little one. It fits around the carseat held in by elastic, and there is a little hole for her head (with a cover flap for when it's really cold). Of course, now everyone assumes that she is a boy.

The best present was TOOLS!
Now I don't have to borrow company tools to work on my truck.

Yeah... Was my subtle way to let you all know my husband and I will be contributing to the "Future poster on CP" list in late July...
So you can all congratulate brownah on (as KT says) "slipping one past the goalie".
We were going to wait until I was a little farther along (only 10 and a half weeks), but I thought I'd beat him to it

Congrats to both of you. My little girl, while only 4 months old, already seems to be a Flames fan. The other night, she wouldn't let me put her to bed until after the game finished (with us beating the Ducks). Tonight she let me put her down after it was obvious the Flames were gonna win.
I hope that the pregnancy goes well, and that you don't have any morning sickness or anything.
