What is up with this? Chris Nolan with another casting out of the blue. Health was a head scratching at first but this is a somebody punch me, is it April's Fools?

Even more crap is in here with Shia TheBeef as Robin. Didn't Christian Bale say he would quit if they ever brought in a Robin?

Okay, a dose of sanity. Ain't It Cool News is commenting that media - even large newspapers like the Sun - is whipping up fake stories like this to generate traffic because the news industry is in dire financial straits.

The next Batman movie has the potential to be a big disappointment. Their going to put Robin in the movie? I thought Christian Bale was never going to be in a Batman movie if the Robin character was involved.

I hope that this is definitely fake cause I don't see Murphy doing this one justice and I don't want Shia Labeouf anywhere near this franchise, personally.

Not sure if its Bale that was talking about never doing a Batman if Robin was involved, but Im 99% certain that Nolan said that the third movie wouldnt have Robin in it, as Bale is portraying a younger Bruce Wayne and that it wouldnt make sense to introduce Robin in the franchise yet

Christopher Nolan has made it clear that the new "Batman" film franchise will not bring Robin into the mythology as long as he is directing, apparently having stated that Robin is in a crib somewhere still and the timeline isn't appropriate for him to enter the picture

Nolan hasn't even officially signed on to direct the third movie because he is afraid of all the 3rd movies in a series that have sucked.

That's why I question whether he'd be good. Can you imagine hearing his laugh in this movie? It would ruin the dark atmosphere they've created with this franchise.
