Who cares if they choose to be gay anyway?

If I choose to disbelieve in God, does that mean that I can't get married either?

Jon Stewart is a funny guy but he gets cut way to much slack. He gets to call out and mock others beliefs but then hides behind the fact that he is just a comedian. Its one of my biggest piss offs.

That kind of bugs me about Stewart too. I agree with previous posters that I like when he starts a real debate (note: I didn't watch this Huckabee one), but he seems to avoid rebuttals with his comedy. I don't think he has to avoid the issues, he's just pandering to his audience - which I think is worse.

I just think it's funny that he was reduced to defending his view point on the strength of a definition. That's the hallmark of a failing argument (or a high school student).

Though I disagree very strongly with alot of what Huckabee says, he's a breath of fresh air on the political stage. He comes across as the type of guy you want on your side. Good, honest and very personable. Even Obama can't match this guys likeability.

At his core, Stewart is an entertainer. Pandering to his audience is his job. If you're looking for scathing political commentary, The Daily Show is not where you find it.

Besides, how do you actually debate barely disguised ignorance without becomming frustrated? That wouldn't make for good TV... just ask MSNBC.
