He's a good guy in person. We met on a white water rafting trip that we had a mutual friend on, and somehow Calgarypuck came up around the campfire and I had to ask the awkward question if he was in the same internet message board as me 
Then I ran into him at a pub when he was with one of my old high school friends that he plays soccer with. Small world!

The friend I was taking to the game on Friday bailed on me, and now I have an extra ticket. If you would like to be my 'date', PM me. However, two rules...
You must have a picture posted in this thread, and,
You must tell me why I should take you.
Best reason(s) win. Runners up may be invited to future games. Girls, you are more than welcome to enter! If you have not yet posted a picture of yourself, you must do so in order to be considered, however, late picture postings will not affect your entry, it's the best reason that wins. (Bonus points may be awarded for cute/funny pictures, excellent stories to go with said pictures.)

Might as well join the crowd. However this picture is ancient, and probably the only picture of myself that I somewhat like.
It also was the last smile I had for two weeks as I departed for a winter exercise where the temperature routinely dropped to a shrinkage creating -38 degrees during the day.
