I remember reading some study a while back comparing kids who grew up in East Germany and those in the West. The kids in the west had much more stringent hygiene standards enforced by their parents, while the kids in the East were much more lenient. The kids in the west ended up being sick more often and had weaker immune system.

The saying what doesn't kill you can you only make you stronger definitely applies to immunity. The trick is to make sure it doesn't kill you.

You're still buying something that you can get for free, and gives you negligible results. But if it gives you peace of mind, who am i to judge.

Water doesn't do the job. Fit is excellent. I have bottles at home and at the office. Wouldn't be without it.

Water does the job just fine.... You got to keep your bodys immune system in check by giving them something to fight...

A flu shot is a little bit of the flu they give you are your body practices killing that crap dead. You are gonna let your Antibodys get fat, lazy and complacent... then when some germs DO get in, they wont have any idea how to handle it.

I know its a comedic act, but its very true.

I think I agree with MoneyGuy on this one.. stang's right (well close enough ), except that building up an immunity isn't the same when the agent is a pesticide.

I don't like anti-bacterial hand soap, don't really get crazy about everything being clean, but washing the outside of fruits and veggies that I don't know the history of (i.e. purchased at a store) is something I do.

This Fit stuff is kinda pricy, no? I looked into it once and it was like 9 bucks for a bottle. It seemed a little steep. I don't buy any liquids that cost more than Lucky Lager. The website is somewhat convincing though.

fresh organic fruit is never a waste of money. your fancy bottle can't wash off the pesticides that get inside. mine don't (supposedly) have them to begin with.

Sticky cucumbers is what you get when you don't please your old lady.

Either brush up on your bedroom skills, or put a lock on the vegetable drawer.

Organic just means that many more dirty hippies touching your fruit and veggies. As a side note, does anybody know why the cucumber is the only veggie that they put the wax stuff on?
