Yeah, I watched last night.
I'm sure we'll get some explination as to why the governor (I think thats who it was) was a target, but I really liked how this story played out.
Showed how the Terminators get focused on a singular mission and will do anything to achieve their goal. Pretty interesting even if it was just a one week diversion from the norm.

I like how the Terminator was an outstanding boss who treated all of his workers well no matter what their citizen status was.
It was a terrific fun lttle filler episode with Cameron creeping another person the hell out.

So Sarah Connor Chronicles only has Sarah Connor in last night's episode for like 30 seconds??
Just buggin, it was still pretty solid last night. I like how from time to time they change the format of an episode. Like the one a couple weeks ago with the multiple character views of the same story.
I cant believe Im still hooked on this show. When I saw this show was coming out, I figured the show would be cancelled or I would lose interest after a couple episodes. But I havent missed an episode yet and I own the first season on DVD.

Oh yeah, that was one of the things I wanted to pick up for Christmas, thanks for reminding me.
I haven't missed any episodes either I don't think. Always look forward to Monday evenings for this show.

I really liked last nights show, the question I would have is Cameron on a mission directed to her by Sarah or John .............or is she up to something else......

Mondays episode was a quick little glance into what Cameron gets up to while everyone else is resting. By all accounts Future John really seemed to put alot of faith and trust into her, and she has some autonomy to investigate SkyNet as she pleases.
It was a great little one off episode.

I'm not a smart person so the "timeline" parts of this show make my head spin. That family Sarah/Cameron broke in on tonight -- they wouldn't have been anything but regular people if they hadn't had the misfortune of the crazy lady and the robot break into their house. They made her the "survivor", didn't they?
BTW, the character of "Lauren" (the teenage daughter) is played by Wetaskiwin, Alberta's own Samantha Krutzfeldt.

Okay, I spoke too soon, after I watched the entire episode, now it makes sense.
I just keep getting thrown off from the new storylines they are constantly adding.
I hope it all gets brought together, next week is the finale episode.

Why wouldn't Reese have just brought the "cure" from the future and give it to John to protect?
It really seems Reese (Or anyone sent back by future John) should come with a vast amount of intel to give present day John!

Well she would still be "the cure" no matter what. However, I think this is one of the main themes of the show (and the movies) is that you can't change the future.
Technically, in T1, if Skynet never sent back a terminator, Reese would never have been sent to protect Sarah, and John Connor never would have been concieved!

Except in the upcoming Terminator movie, John states that this isn't the future that his mother told him about.

They can't bring anything back through time, that's why they come back naked. They can bring back the intel they've got in their heads, but that's about it.

Just a heads up. Terminator returns tonight. Also the debut of Joss Wheadon's Dollhouse.
These two along with Battlestar make it quite a sci-fi night. Thank god for the pvr as I won't watch any till Sunday.
