Somehow I could see the inter-jedi breeding being as sterile as possible.

There's probably a good reason why they swipe the younglings away so early... look how Anakin reacted to his mom.

The new trilogy really put the notion forward of monks... celibacy and all. Its too bad, Jedi could and should have been way more badass.

As far as:

Starship Vs. Star destroyer? Come on! I bet Han Solo and the Millenium Falcon could take on a starship! A starship had better warp speed it's ass outta there before a Star Destroyer (let alone a Super Star Destroyer) blasts it to oblivian!!

Vader Vs. Picard/Kirk? Vader would destroy them without lifting a finger!
