I got seventeen. Neat quiz but it says it's a quiz about things you see everyday. Who see's matches everyday besides smokers? Also, who see's the seven dwarves names everyday?

Got 18 as well. As for one of the clock-wise questions (don't want to give it away)- I like how they explain "as you face it" after scoring you.
And doesn't the Merry-go-round at Chinook go Clock-wise?

16/25
I guess I'm better than average, but at this point, lower than CP average...

Nope, it goes counter, because that's the one I was thinking of when I answered the question.

20.
Guessed on a couple though. So could easily have been +/- 2.

I got 21 but some of them are pretty stupid.
For example without looking at the venetian blinds in my office I answered the question as "Right" but the quiz said I was wrong, so I turned around to look at my blinds to see that in my office I've got two sets of blinds and they are mirror images of each other so in my office both answers are correct.
Still a fun quiz, but if they want it to be about things people see every day they should really use more standard things.

well question 10 is downright wrong, as already discussed on CP.
Further more how does the average american only get 7 when the average monkey gets 7.6 on a 3 answer multiple choice quiz?
this quiz is a fail.
got 21 but some of those questions are downright wrong, particularly almost anything with regards to which direction something rotates.

I got 22, but I dispute the venetian blinds question. The blinds I use every day have the cord on the right.
Also, merry-go-rounds typically go counter in North America, but clockwise in Europe. I've also heard it said that the difference between a merry-go-round and a carousel is the direction it spins, but I don't know how standard that definition is.

I got 20, which is pretty good I guess.
I can honestly say I've never seen a standard pack of matches. I could only guess on that one. I've also never changed a tire.

Got that one wrong as well, for the same reason. In fact i have a set on each side of a door and they have their cords on opposite sides, whichever one is further from the door.

Anybody in North America.
However your point is that the answer is quite old. VHF now consists of 124 or 125 channels; as I have seen some TVs that do have a frequency assigned to channel 1. VHF went beyond channel 13 sometime in the early 1980's.

I got 18, too. Some of them though I've honestly never heard of/experienced in my 16 years, so I'm with the others in saying this test is flawed.
