The thing I'm noticing when we talk Shaw vs. Bell is that with Shaw, you have to talk to the customer service more often, but the service for the most part is good. Bell, you don't have to call as often, but the service isn't as good.
For me, Shaw's price, hardware, front line service, and phone wait time have all piled up. I'll be glad to play around with Bell's service on Saturday.
I will be keeping their internet and phone service, as I have not had problems with that, but will keep my head up on those two as well. I know Telus always has deals on the go to get internet service. (I know I'll lose my $5-$10 per month discount for removing my TV service on the bundle).
