Thanks everyone for their help and if you are ever looking for a contract manager it is the best. I have tried all the top rated ones and this one has the easiest layout and most customizable.

Only thing that sucks if you can't get a trail version of it without having to speak to a sales rep which is kind of annoying but I just gave them a fake number and all is well

Yeah their sales team is relentless. It's also not the best written software in the world, or it wasn't 5-6 years ago when I had to support the thing, but as always with software if it does what you need, it's the right one.

outlook 2007 has business contact manager included.. I use it a ton as my CRM in the car sales business

Pretty decent program but not as custom as I want to make it. This ACT! program is just crazy with the amount of options you can get it to have and how custom you can make it to your career so you can get rid of all the junk you don't use and add things you might.....god I'm starting to sound like their sales person!
