It's actually not windows but the Flash player itself. If you end the firefox task and restart it it'll be fine too.
I have the exact same thing in Firefox and Google Chrome which share a Flash engine, but IE uses a separate engine and if I get the 2 second death bug in FF or Chrome, IE will still work.

I have another youtube problem though. Almost all youtube videos I try to watch says: "We're sorry, this video is no longer available." It's been like this for a few months now, and I'm not sure what the problem is.

It isn't a problem with you, that means what it says. Usually that means you were trying to watch something that has been identified as copyrighted material so it was removed, or the person has changed their mind and pulled it.
If you get the message, probably everyone else is too.

It also seems to depend on how you get to the video sometimes. When I was using an app for a RSS reader, I would get that ALL the time, but if I opened the page with the youtube link in it in Firefox and click the link, it would work fine.
Eventually I just moved to using Google's RSS reader and have never had a problem since (except in cases where the video was actually removed).

sometimes itll depend as well as to what youtube site your going to; youtube.com or ca.youtube.com.
Ive had friends from in the states or overseas MSN me youtube links that I cant view on youtube.com, but if i go to ca.youtube.com and search I have no problems watching the video

Yeah, that sounds reasonable because if I reboot while saving the firefox page, I'll still have the same Utube problem.

I get that from time to time on IE, so I just jump over to FireFox, and am able to watch the video.
It's not that the video is missing, it's that it doesn't want to play in that browser. Haven't found a fix that works yet.

I used to have the problem (2 sec thing), but since the latest update to 10, I haven't had the issue.
