And now I am going to be late because I read that. Terrible, and yet so very awesome all at the same time.
I miss lego, now I want to play with it!

I still have boxes and boxes of lego stored away.
This part scares me, what if they come alive?

Oh man I loved my Space Police set... Defiantly the coolest set at the time!
While we're talking about Lego...
I went to Legoland in Billund, Denmark last Sunday... freaking epic!

My favorites were definitely the knights and Robyn Hood characters of the late 80s. Though the last 6 years or so look pretty cool. I wouldn't mind if my parents went back to giving me lego for Christmas.

Awesome! Brings back memories of sore feet from stepping on the pieces. Pirates, Space Police, and those 2 warring space factions - the reds vs the blacks.

I don't get the comment about the 4 billion minifigs is the largest population on earth. Of what? Minifigs. Well duh. If it is something else I totally don't get it, because it ain't humans.

My family still has a huge bin of misc. legos, some are from my dad's childhood, a lot from my brother and I. In the summer sometimes we dump out the whole bin and just reminisce and build for hours. I loved the cool clear pieces from my dad's retro collection

My favorite were the castles. The knights with the flip up visors on the horses ruled. They are missing those too.

Thought about it and a few people I know have bugged me to sell it to them but for now I want to keep them. They don't get in the way and just like my hockey cards they are just something I like to keep around.

I sold my Legos on Ebay, some guy paid over 250 bucks for them. Technically, I turned my legos into a new Flames jersey.

I was out gift shopping for christmas at Southcenter and wandered into the White Castle for some ideas for my nephews. As a former lego fan and a big star wars fan, I was blown away by a Star Destroyer kit with over 10000 pieces, and a death star with like 50000 pieces, and they were awesome. You couldn't play with them because their huge but still, what a massive project those would be.
