Default Quad City vs. Rochester

Rochester (1-5-0-0) over QC (1-4-1-0) 5-4

1. Eriksson started tonight. He was a -2, but I can't tell you how he played. NeuLion's AHL Live is so bad that you can't even tell who's on the ice!

2. Irving was in goal. The 5 goals he allowed on 24 shots were all backhanders and two were through his 5-hole. Whoever thought he was the second coming better think again. I'd like to see him in Vegas...and am starting a novena tonight that Lalande's ankle heals very quickly!

3. Twice Rochester scored within a minute of QC goals. This happens at least once each game. What exactly does it take to wake these guys up?

It will be interesting to see what McGill has to say about this one....

Pelech and Bubba were by far the worst d pairing tonight. Both were on for 3 even strength goals. Bad positioning and no heart . Unfortunately the whole team is playing with no emotion. Try changing up the PP , it is not working. It seems the coaching staff has not got the team going or maybe the players do not want to play for them. Bring in Ron or Duane Sutter for head coach.
