hey his address is heaven .... and he is all knowing so just tell him he is served in prayer and there ya go ..... of course i wouldnt wanna have to be the guy who has to go take care of him when he doesnt show up to court

Why? The reason for this lawsuit is to make a point about frivolous lawsuits. This article doesn't really go into it, but that was the whole point all along. The point is that we can't make bills that restrict lawsuits because the courthouse has to be open to all. I agree with that sentiment. I think judges should throw away stupid cases (and make the idiot cover the other parties legal fees) and there be no legislation restricting suits.
