- chewing on ice cubes
- constantly clicking and unclicking a pen (some make wierd/annoying sounds)
- silverware against a dish (someone scraping the last of something with their fork/spoon/knice)
- when people don't take care of their children or pets or anyone that is dependent upon them...like when it's chilly enough that the parent is wearing mini-gloves or a toque yet they leave their 2 year olds hands exposed...or when they let their dogs run off leash and its clear that the dog isnt trained enough to do so and runs off

+1. For me, scrapes aren't bad at all, but cuts of any type make me feel sick to my stomach (especially mine).
What makes me gag is just the smell of vomit. This weekend we went to a bar and some chicks had a bit too much and just the sound of it coming out made the gag reflex come out. The smell a few mins later made me leave. Yuck!

+1 on the snow thing. The sound of people whining also drives me up the wall.

oooh, I hate the way some fabrics rub together. Just thinking about it gives me the chills, like when I rub my jacket on my car seat, OH BOY!
Also, imagining my teeth rubbing some kinds of fabrics gives me the chills.

Needles, I can give blood but just can't watch the needle enter the skin.
The sound alone of someone gagging or getting sick makes my gag reflex go wild, gotta get away ASAP. If I see it happening I have to run for the hills.

Visiting people in the hospital...
I generally turn a pale/green colour, get sweaty, light headed, feeling like I am going to puke and sometimes even passing out.
So now I avoid them at all costs, unless it's an actually emergency.

Yeah, stepping on snow (that crunching sound) also bothers me.
The sound of styrofoam if it's being squeezed/broken.
Not much else.

My thing that makes me cringe is a little odd- cotton balls. I can barely handle one, and if for some reason I have to rip one in half, it just gives me shivers.
Don't ask me to explain it- I know it makes no sense.

Bizarrely, I find the sound of 1000 people crunching the snow as they are walking the +15 into the Saddledome rather fascinating. Mostly becuase I wonder how many people are gritting their teeth at that sound.
