yeah, we have been in division 1 almost the whole time. even though we had a losing record up until a couple days ago. we finally have broken .500 though!
we have been told a lot of points come from number of games and also the number of players you have in each game.

I apologize for being one of the guys who signed up and hasn't played a game yet. I wanted about a week to get used to the controls and learn to not chase the puck all over the ice, and then I had to replace my router. The new one and my 360 don't like each other much, so it has been a battle to get the 360 online and keep it online.
I think I finally got the settings close to right, as I was able to get online today and stay on for a while. I just don't want to be "that guy" who always gets dropped out of games. Anyway, I'll start showing up more often, and I hope the team survives, or we at least get one going that has regular players, since the EASHL was one of the reasons I bought the game. About what time do you guys usually play? I'm on the east coast, but I stay up fairly late, so as long as you guys aren't only starting to play at 1AM Calgary time or later, I should be able to get in a couple of games.

Me neither. Boooo!
Tomorrow night, then. There's the Angels/Red Sox game, starting at an abysmally late 10:35 PM ET, so I'm hoping the Halos jump on the Sox early on. That will make it a lot easier to half-heartedly follow it online while playing some NHL.

Oh hey, I meant to bring this up a couple of nights ago, and sorry for the slight threadjacking...nickerjones, you said something about pulling for USC to lose so your Sooners could become #1. I went to OU, so I was surprised and excited to see a Sooner supporter here on CP. Is there a story behind that?
(Not like I'm saying it's bizarre - after all, I'm a Flames fan born and raised in Texas, living near Tampa now - just thought it was pretty cool)

This is NHL 09, yeah? I am in Europe as I type but will be back in Canada by Nov. 6 if you guys still need players. I like being the wing, or defense. (I ordered the game already at home, so it will be waiting for me =D)
My gamertag is x JPeeper x . If I am too late, my bad.
