What's the screen itself? One of those rollup screens? Or a screen with a frame around it?

Why avoid drywall anchors, you can get some pretty amazing ones that will hold the screen fine.

Ever consider hanging it from the cieling? You could use chains to have it a little lower if the cieling is too high.

You can get some wall anchors that would probably the force of you hanging on the wall, check Home Depot.

A rail would also work I guess.

These suckers are pretty strong.



Take a bracket with you to HD as I've been caught trying to use them and the bracket was to thick to allow the thread to get started. If that's the case then I could only suggest buying a longer length one and using the screw from it in a shorter length. Works out to be a pain as you'd have to but two different sizes unless a few happened to fall into the wrong box. Tighten by hand.
