i first got onto the internet to play a game called global thermonuclear war. the year was 1983. my opponent? joshua. somehow things got all muddled up and i made dabney coleman really mad! all i can remember is a lot of people being pissed off about various 'defcon' levels. silly military!

spent a lot of time in the 80's doing the role playing games like Ultima and Wizardry, but didn't have full time internet until 95. Damn porn downloads took forever on dialup.

my real internet experience started in the mid 90's. my buddy had a mac. i don't recall a lot of what we did, but i do remember going to some hockey chat room. i also remember when he upgraded his modem from 28.8 to 33.6!

i got more into internet about 97. got the obligatory hotmail account, started up an angelfire website, started using icq, and the rest is history...
