It's funny that the argument would be between Indian and white people, because if there had been a black dude with either group, the argument would have been moot.
Incidentally, I was in washroom at bar not too long ago and some guy leaned over and took a long look at my fireman, then just looked away without saying anything. He didn't even try to hide the fact he was looking. I was too shocked to do or say anything.

Serioulsy, how does an arguement like this go that far.
I'd think it'd go something like this
Indian dude: "Hey dude, my junk is bigger than yours"
White dude: "No it isn't"
moments later
(plop).....(plop)....
White dude: "Damnit, I suppose I owe you a beer"
Indian dude: "Hey buddy, don't feel bad, let me buy you a beer instead"
No shooting involved at all.
