That is the name of the terminator who has been hunting John, the one whose head time traveled with the good guys.
As to Jiri's question, I think it must have been Sarah killing that dude who blew up the Jeep, name escapes me though. They didn't actually show that though, did they?

Oh yeah, thanks for the correction. Too many names floating around.
Sarkissian? I'm gonna just start randomly throwing names around now.

Am I wrong for seeing a Summer Glau with massive facial injuries getting crushed by a truck to be incredibly hot.
I need help.

Great show, but I am getting sick of John Connor being such an emo wuss... I am excited for finally seeing the leader of the revolution portrayed by Christian Bale.

I always thought John Conner's character was a wuss. He didn't fire a single shot all the way through T2.

I kinda have a problem with the whole subplot of the Terminator's developing emotions and becoming human and being able to override there programming and I think that is where the series is starting to head.
I perfer my mass killing robots to be emotionless, heartless, killing machines. They are going a little to close to some of the battlestar theming

Fair enough, is he not supposed to be in his early 20s when the bombs drop though? He all of a sudden grows a pair when the buildings around him start to evaporate?

Yo, when buildings start to evaporate around you, I'm sure you can go through some serious changes. Hell, I'd probably start growing a pair.

When Cameron was scanning for John in the opening and it came up Terminate... I jumped alittle. I figured at some point she was go "bad" but didn't expect it so quickly. Now if/when it happens again it's going to be more interesting and believable.. because if they let her be a hero for 3, 4, 5 seasons fans would get upset when she eventually turns.
As for the emotions. Doesn't bother me in the least. I'm going on the notion that it's some sort of survival mechanism, a last ditch effort in there software. Addressing other posts, I don't see it as Terminator's developing emotions in the least, she repaired herself, and then tried to save herself. I don't think she override her software with emotions at all.
And the T-1000... wow. No flipping idea that was going to happen. That was, great. I really loved Cromatrie keeping Ellison alive as well. The coldness with which he address him in front of the house was great.

Yeah, that kind of event would change a person I'd imagine...
We've seen a more assertive John, and we will continue to see that I think, but I don't think we'll see full bore military John Conner.

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the significance of Babylon is. I just re-watched it and I see why the episode is called Samson and Delilah, but the meaning behind Babylon eludes me.

That was a shocker, did not expect that at all. I agree with you about the emotions, it was a survival thing.
I don't have any friends that watch this show, it's great to have this thread. My son and I are the only people we know who like it.
Definitely can't wait for next week now, it was so much better than I expected even.
