Geez maybe we can point him to the homes of some of the more unsavory characters in Calgary.
We'll call him the Dextor 2.0 advanced cruise missile kill bot

I looked up his picture, you are right, freaky!
Even more bad news, when I searched for that's guys picture, I found an article that a 3rd violent serial rapist was released in Calgary on July 28.
Our justice system is bs.

Just speculating here but .... would the "satisfied" bit be based on a psychiatric assessment and if so could they not get him committed indefinitely if this was the case?

I'm down with that, let's start at the beginning then and round up the 7-8 guys with guns - if he survives then Robocop it is.
Sorry if that was too offensive.

Remind me why the Liberals won't agree to tougher sentences for violent criminals?

People who obey the law have rights. As soon as you become a danger to others either by killing or raping, your rights should be limited to say the least.

The only right he has is the right to be under lock and key for the rest of his life.

Actually your statement is incredibly offensive to me.
Putting this guys rights in front of public safety is offensive.

Other people have the right to be killed? The right to life is the first and foremost civil liberty in the democracy. The state's number one duty is protect the lives of its citizens. Our justice system clearly fails that in this particular case.

I don't get this, the parole board says this a year ago but yet doesn't name him as a dangerous offender
Point is just because he served his "sentence" doesn't mean they have to let him out, If the board truly feels he is dangerous they recommend he is named as such.
Something is clearly missing here on this dude and there are some facts missing..I guarantee it.

The charter of rights can't be a suicide pact in this case. If there's a good chance that this monster is going to rape or kill someone again, then his right to freedom has to be suspended until there's 0 chance of him causing harm.
A system that hopes that violent offenders won't re-offend is clearly flawed.

I can't believe there is a single person in this world who would rather see this guy free, than in prison, because he has "rights". I honestly would love to exercise my own given right to eliminate scum like this from earth.
Trial by jury please. Who's going to convict me?

Is that what Robert Latimer thought? sad case but no matter what the overall public feels he was wrong.
While personally I would also love to rid goofs from our streets we still have to live within the "system" or it would truly go to shat in a hurry.
