Hey guys, sorry if this is fata... i took a look couldnt find anything. however i recall somewhere on here there was talk of a league in the works.

I know there is the CP team, which sounds like a crapload of fun.

But also, I think it would be awesome to be part of a franchise league on the ps3.

Is any creating one and where do I sign up? If experience is an issue, I have tons. ECHL Cup champ 07, KYAHL cup champ in 07 and so on..

The way I read that link is one big team with a bunch of guys making characters to play a certain position.

I was more speaking to a online PS3 league where we pick teams or draft a team and play a 30/60/82 game season against each other.

Is there anything like that going on?

Oh I understand ... You know I haven't heard a whole lot about that for this years version. I'm sure there's somthing like it in there, but it probably isn't a whole lot different than last years. Personally I wasn't a real fan of it last year at all just because it required a rather large amount of dedication from the individuals rather than setting up the guts of the season in-game.

I'll have a look tonight after work. Its too bad, i was looking to kick some of your butts.

But there should be some good ps3 leagues out there for 09. The game is excpected to cater to the online experience a bit better than last year.

You know it's odd ... I can't find any information on an online league that isn't the eashl. This may be a crazy question, but has anybody actually confirmed that this type of league will be in the game this year? I'd be shocked if it wasn't, but truthfully all I've read about was the eashl.
