The tied turned on the Habs today. It was there turn to melt down in the 3rd period. Sure it was not 5 goals but it was 3 straight to lose the match.
The Senators were paced by Brenden Morrison who had 2 goals and an Assist.
He has been solid for us in these playoffs and continues to roll along.
Martin Havlat is also playing very well. He fired in 2 goals today was named the games 2nd star.
And most importantly it would apear the Sakic and Bondra have awakened and are starting to click. A must if we are to have any hope in beating the Habs.
Defence in this series remains Suspect as both teams prefer a run and Gun type game plan. I am sure the Fans are entertained. all 21 of them... LOL
We have earned the Split on the road which is what we wanted. Now we return to the Ottawa. Can we make it 2 in a row??

Sens tie things up in the high-octane series. That one should be close to the wire.
We should never have let KevanGuy get his hands on the sim... I have a feeling he was the one that planted that bug in the sim.
Well I predicted Thrash in 6... so four straight wins will prove I have a future as a Physcic... then again I have $0 left for CPHL playoff betting.
The Bruins continue thier strong play with a convincing 4-1 win over the Thrashers today. The difference in the game today was the play of the first line and Kolzig. Shots were pretty even but the Bruins were able to finish. With Lehtinen out of the lineup DONT PANIC YANIC got to see some second line time and didn't embarrass himself.
As mentioned, the Bruins first line had great finish. Sundin ended up a +4 and won the First Star. Both teams killed off all pentalties. Lalime was shaky letting in 4 goals on 26 shots.
The great news is that the Bruins miricle Dr was at his best tonight. Jere Lehtinen had a day to day CON of 87 just yesterday. After tonights game he is up to 99 and is cleared to play on Wednesday. THE Brian Holzinger played his heart out tonight and earned an assist. The AHFC ( Androgenous Holzinger Fan Club) was at the game today and all left with smiles.
