Tennessee 10-6 in THAT division? Please.
The Broncos 8-8 is a joke.

You going? That's a short little 7 hour drive for you!

Agreed about Minnisota and Tennesee...bot way out of whack IMO.
Not so sure he is that far off with Denver though. Bad road team last year and just not sure where they got a whole bunch better in the off-season.
However, Cutler sure seems like he is on the right path and may be able to bump them up above .500 anyhow. What are you thinking? 10-6...something like that?

I was planning on going, but then my wife decided he wanted to go to back to school, so no Saints games this year.
She can buy my ticket when she's making the big bucks...

If the Vikings win 13 games.....I would be speechless.
I thought they'd get 10...maybe.
C'mon Tarvaris, PROVE ME WRONG!!

Yeah, I think that's reasonable. They have a fairly soft schedule actually. I also think the Chargers will be coming back to the pack this year a bit. Not enough to lose the division, but maybe enough to lose a game or two in it.
I know it means nothing until they do it in the regular season, but their run defense (which was their bane last year) has been stellar in the preseason. What changed? Scheme. Whole new defensive system and DJ Williams back on the outside gives me some hope for that unit. Dumervil will be a beast again too.
The offense is vastly improved IMO.

The Fins have traded Josh McCown to the Panthers. That means Pennington is the starter, Chad Henne is the backup, and John Beck will be #3. I like the move to keep Beck in the organization.

just saw that Joey Harrington has been released as well...another guy that was rushed into service and is a complete bomb because of it.

Figured. Hope he latches on somewhere...maybe he'll make their practice squad. Denver's stacked in the backfield so I don't see that dream happening for me.
Anyone need a punter? Seriously. Denver had two outstanding young kids battling in training camp for the punting job. Wow, it was really fun to watch. Both these guys averaged over 50 yards in the preseason. Both of them pinned teams back inside the 10 on more than one occasion. The Broncos waived Sam Palescu and if your punter is iffy...you might see your team pick him up. He's going to be punting in the NFL this year.

Looks like he made the practice squad. Probably the best possible scenario for him.

Yeah I read that this afternoon. I'm glad he is still with the Fins. Any ideas on where Rudi Johnson might end up?

Rudi Johnson and Denver Broncos seem like a good fit. I'm concerned about why they cut him (is he out of shape at all? hurt?), but knowing the Bengals it was about saving $$$.

Re Saints:
Why are Jason David and Devery Henderson listed as starters? They shouldn't be on the 53 list never mind starting?
My guess is David has a signing bonus that need to be amortized over a longer time period to be under the cap ... but that doesn't answer why he's listed as a starter, and as for Henderson I wonder when they will get tired of seeing someone who can blaze up the field in practise then drop everything in sight on Sunday.
