The Fins have looked pretty good in preseason. I could see them being 8-8 or a 7-9 team, that would be a good season after the disaster of last year.
 GO FINS!

I understand your enthusiam...but holy smokes. I cant see them winning any more than 4 games, and thats a stretch IMO....especially in that division.

Tough division and a whole bunch of new faces on both sides of the ball...that doesnt exactly spell success in the 1st year usually. I have no doubt that Parcells will get them back to being good...but it will take a couple years.

Indy opens at home against the Bears and Manning is expected to suit up! I'm loving the new arena and the fact they can decide 20 minutes before game time if they want to play inside or outside. We have a difficult schedule this year so we have to cash in on wins that we should get like in week 1.

There will be very little margin for error in that division.

New Orleans opens at home for the first time since 2004, and that may be questionable with Gustav and Hanna approaching.
They open with a division game against Tampa. I'm looking forward to see what type of numbers their offense can generate. If the Saints can control the clock offensively, they can hide the deficiencies they have on defense, much like 2006. I'm predicting a 11-5 season, and a division title.

I honestly believe that NO could be the best offensive team in the NFL this year.

They definitely have that potential, especially if McAllister and Shockey are healthy. Having a WR like Meachem step up will work wonders as well.

New Orleans had the #11 ranked defense with lesser personnel in 2006, there's no reason they can't repeat that type of production.

Cincinatti has released RB Rudi Johnson and the 49'ers have released WR Ashley Lelie

Boy is Gustav ever putting a huge damper on the excitement for the home opener. Hopefully it misses a direct hit on the city, as for the Saints, I'm trying not to get too excited after the debacle of last season, but it's hard not too. The offence looks very strong, and will undoubtedly be the strength of this club, but I'm sure all Saints fans agree that this season rests on the defence. If the D can keep opponents under 20 points consistently, I like the Saints to win the division.

I think they'll run away with the South and will be a SB contender.

Saints evacuating to Indianapolis for the week due to Gustav. Curious as to how they work out the game.
Obviously, the safety of everyone involved comes first, but there are a few options as I understand them:

Home at home swap swith Tampa, or Dallas has offered the use of Cowboy Stadium. Of course, the Dome may be ready, but the city could still be half empty. Who knows?

Also..the Bengals have released OL Willie Anderson. Good player but must have lost a step.

Tom Brady can't pass up a chance to throw 5 first half TD's to Randy Moss and says he wants to play against the Chiefs. I think I could play QB for the Pats and they could still cover against the Chiefs. I don't think any NFL team has ever gone winless in a 16 game schedule. The Chiefs have a great chance to do that...and they play in a terrible Division to boot with only one good team!
