I know that many here will be attending this glorious institution of higher learning for better or worse this Fall, and so I'm seeing if anyone is interested in congregating our miserable souls together.

I figure sometime during the first week of school, and knowing this venerable establishment like I do, the first day will most likely have surpassed my sobriety tolerance.

So, for argument's sake:

Monday September 8th at the Den.

I'll be signing autographs at 2:00 and then be getting shamefully drunk at 3:00.

Come for the autographs, stay for the shame.

My classes end at 1:50 on Mondays, so I'll likely be there around 2. Anyone interested?

I would but I don’t go too the U of C, perhaps I can get my GF to be my representative.

If your GF wants to come, sure, why not? But I accept no responsibility if she leaves you after.

Also, if you're at Sait or MRC and feel like attending you're more than welcome, but the only thing I hate more than my own school is other schools, so prepare yourself for some Institutional derision.

What if I'm 29, don't attend UofC, or any other school for that matter but want to oggle the co-eds and relive some glory days? Granted I'll have to shave that day and dress like a student so that I look a bit younger. Also since I don't plan on coming out of my wookie identity - I don't plan on taking part in any part of the CP meet. In addition, not actually relive any glory days since I don't really drink in the afternoon anymore, or on a work night, or much at all for that matter, as well as probably leave shortly after since I'll no doubt hate the music and most of the company.

Sound good?

Hmmm that would interest me greatly, too bad I now work for The Man.
And The Man likes to keep me in an office environment until 4:30pm.

Woulda been fun to visit the former place of employment, I might actually have been able to secure a few drinks on the house.....

Its at 2 in the afternoon, shouldnt you be, you know, keeping your clients out of prison or something? Or did they do it?

Wait what day do classes start this year?

I thought it was the week after labour day but not until wednesday the 10th.

answered my own question Locke is right it is Monday.

Good thing you started this thread I wouldn't have showed up until Wednesday.

Do classes not normally start on a Wed though?

Oh yeah and I'm done by noon so I'm in Locke. I'll be first in line for an autograph.

I think the 8th...for me at least (it'll be year one for me though so I'm guessing it'll be different for you guys). Not 100 percent sure on it though. And my classes are done at...wait for it...10:50 on Monday. However they start up again at 8 Tuesday

Screw it though. May as well make my first week at university representative of a good portion of the.

Put me down for being there Locke.

You have to do it Homer Simpson style and cut the patches out of another suit and sew them to the one you wear.
